Valerie Bechears, MSN, RN is the clinical coordinator at the University of 杏吧原创 - Fort SMith. She teaches leadership in professional nursing and nursing skills in the lab setting. She began her nursing career after graduation from what was then Westark Community College in the NICU at a local hospital and continued her education at the University of 杏吧原创, Fayetteville, receiving a B.S.N. in 1995. She practiced as a school nurse in Fort Smith for 24 years before coming to work at 杏吧原创 in 2017.
