The Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) program in 杏吧原创's Carolyn McKelvey Moore School of Nursing utilizes cutting-edge technology and clinical experience within area healthcare systems to provide the active, hands-on learning necessary to prepare competent and compassionate nurses. 杏吧原创鈥檚 nursing program challenges students to think critically in an environment that facilitates educational mobility, personal growth, and a pattern of life-long learning. Through rigorous coursework and immersive clinical rotations, students gain a deep understanding of nursing theory and build essential patient care skills. Our nursing faculty are experienced healthcare professionals dedicated to providing a supportive and engaging learning environment that ensures students develop the critical thinking skills and compassion needed to excel in today鈥檚 healthcare environment. What can I do with a degree in nursing?
Students who graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing are qualified to sit for the National Council Licensure Exam (NCLEX). Graduates are prepared for various roles within a multitude of nursing specialties as well as graduate-level nursing education.

Certificates of Proficiency
This 8-hour program provides you with an introductory course in emergency medical service systems and the basic principles
of emergency care. Students entering this program must be at least 18 years of age at the time of National Registry/state testing and hold
current American Heart Association or American Red Cross CPR certification. All hours earned with this credential transfer into College of Health, Education,
and Human Services programs. A grade of C or better is required in all courses applicable
to this program.
This 9-credit hour program provides curriculum designed for those in helping professions such as human services, health care organizations, educators, and others. Courses include Intermediate Spanish I, II, and Spanish for the Professions. Beginning Spanish I and II or required placement scores are prerequisites for Intermediate Spanish I.
